Anxiety

There’s no one cause of anxiety, but it’s often rooted in childhood memories, even if someone consciously has only fond memories of their childhood. Memories are sometimes held in the subconscious mind with no conscious memory of the event. Anxiety becomes an expression of the beliefs they came to hold as true when they were very young.

No one would ask the 3 year old next door for advice on how to live their life, but the beliefs of their own inner child are usually what’s running their life. The good news is that it’s possible to pinpoint and re-imprint the memories and the beliefs in the subconscious mind. Changing the deeply held beliefs makes moving forward in life so much easier.

There are several techniques for re-imprinting these memories, hypnosis etc. and ketamine makes them even more effective. Some ketamine clinics just give the medicine and then just check in on you periodically. I work with people while they’re in process so clients are more likely to get permanent change.
